Arizona Procurement Rules and Regulations: This document is issued by the Arizona State Procurement Office as a convenience to those persons involved with public procurement in this State. It is a compilation in one place of those statutes, A.R.S. 41-2501 et seq., and administrative rules and regulations A.A.C. R2-7-101 et seq., that constitute the Arizona Procurement Code ("Code").
