Arizona Purchasing Cooperative Information
The Cooperative Program
The Purchasing Cooperative program is available to any political subdivision, agency, board, department or other instrumentality of such political subdivision and any nonprofit educational or public health institution as established in A.R.S. § 41-2632. Our Purchasing Cooperative program is strong and viable because our procurement processes meets or exceeds similar requirements of other political subdivisions and local governments.
Eligible schools and libraries also have the added benefit of using our e-rate contracts (Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund), which provide additional discounts on telecommunication services, Internet access, and internal connections.
If you are interested in participating in the program or have any questions, please contact us at:

Available Contracts
Statewide Contracts - These contracts may be use by Purchasing Cooperative members. These contracts include but are not limited to office supplies, computers and software, audio & video equipment, telecommunications, consulting, temporary labor, etc.
Vendor Bid-List Database
For a separate fee, a valuable supplier registration database is now available for use by Arizona Cooperative Purchasing members. Access to the supplier registration module allows procurement personnel to search by NIGP commodity code, supplier name, supplier type; small business, minority, or woman-owned and to create solicitation bid lists. Solicitations can then be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to suppliers.
For many members, the SPIRIT Supplier Registration module will eliminate the need to maintain a separate supplier list.
