2008 Agency Regulatory Agenda
Pursuant to A.R.S. §41-1021.02(D), the Department prepared a regulatory agenda for the 2008 calendar year. Pursuant to A.R.S. §41-1021.01(D), the Department may undertake a rulemaking even if the rulemaking is not included on the annual regulatory agenda.
