Management Services Division (MSD)

The Management Services Division provides LAN, accounting, and budgeting services for all ADOA divisions. MSD is also home to all mandated travel reduction programs, the state motor vehicle fleet alternative fuel coordinator function, and the Water Quality Appeals Board.
