Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Support
This unit coordinates, manages and reports department-wide Information Services Division (ISD) projects.
The PMO serves as a coordination point for all ISD projects stored in Clarity project portfolio management (PPM) system. Clarity (PPM) is a Web based Project Management Information System (PMIS) used by ADOA and ISD project teams to gather, analyze, communicate, and store project information.
The PMO is also active with directing the ISD Change Advisory Board,which reviews and communicates upcoming system changes to partnering vendors and ADOA customers.
