This team is responsible for the support, installation and troubleshooting of:

• Desktops
• Laptops
• Color and monochrome printers (personal and networked)
• Monitors
• Loaded software for all agencies external of ADOA.

Howard Richardson is the Team Supervisor and is responsible for the day to day operations and scheduling of this unit.

This includes but not limited to:

• Work assignments
• Staffing levels
• Development of procedures for:
• Virus protection
• Implementation of security patches
• Asset management
• Replacement plan
• Attracting New Customers
• Second level troubleshooting for:
• E-mail
• Hardware
• Network
• Printers
• Software
• Connectivity issues
• Training of end-users

Their skills include but are not limited to strong knowledge of Microsoft operating system, applications, email clients, databases and hardware.
