Current Solictations

NOTE: Amendments may be issued to a posted solicitation at any time.  It is the responsibility of the supplier to check for amendments.

• State Procurement Office Solicitations - ProcureAZ: Listing of solicitations published on ProcureAZ by the State Procurement Office (SPO).  Select Bids, Enter criteria or leave blank and Click Find It.

• Formal State Agency Solicitations: An agency specific list of Formal Invitation For Bids (IFB) and Request For Proposals (RFP) that are NOT published on SPIRIT.

• Informal State Agency Solicitations: An agency specific list of Informal Request For Quotations between $10k and $50k that are NOT published on SPIRIT.

• Sole Source Procurements: A list of Sole Source Procurements. Please send any comments to the Procurement Officer Listed.

• Grants: Funded by the The Governor's Office for Children, Youth and Families.

• WSCA - Western States Contracting Alliance: A list of solicitations being conducted by jurisdictions other than the State of Arizona. These solicitations will result in cooperative contracts that may be considered for adoption by Arizona.
