State Purchasing Cooperative
The State Purchasing Cooperative program is available to any political subdivision, agency, board, department or other instrumentality of such political subdivision and any nonprofit educational or public health institution as established in A.R.S. § 41-2632. Our Purchasing Cooperative program is strong and viable because our procurement processes meets or exceeds similar requirements of other political subdivisions and local governments.
After opening the form, please click in the space below the word "and" to begin completing the form. Use TAB to advance to the next field. When completed, print, sign and mail to the State Procurement Office, 100 N. 15th Avenue, Suite 104, Phoenix, Arizona 85007. Signed documents may also be scanned and e-mailed to jan.hart@azdoa.gov. A copy will be returned to your office once it is reviewed and signed by the State Procurement Administrator. Eligible schools and libraries also have the added benefit of using our e-rate contracts (Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund), which provide additional discounts on telecommunication services, Internet access, and internal connections.

Statewide Contracts - These contracts may be used by Purchasing Cooperative members. These contracts include but are not limited to office supplies, computers and software, audio & video equipment, telecommunications, consulting, temporary labor, etc.
